Today in the morning i tried to pose her again. Maybe i have already in the actual model without pose some anatomical mistakes.
But i think the T-Pose model is ok. Only posing with the right propotions is difficult.
So i posed her all new. i think, it looks much better now. (especially the breasts.)
But i have to tweak her much more.

I think you’r on a good way. But I think you need reference. In the case that you have reference you need to look very closely and take you time. For the posing it’s ideal to find reference in the pose you have in mind or as close as you can get. You may not find the exact pose on the web or so, but you can find fotos where bodyparts are in the desired pose. You can even request a pose on www.3d.sk I think I remember, but it’s not free! 
blkspd3 did very good commands so go ahead, you’r close. If you don’t mind I have done a little paint over - and I did blend in my old model from a Stahlberg workshop last year.

but it comes too quickly and not drastically enough. You have to have the heart to “destroy” your model for the better, it’s a must - otherwise you’ll stuck.

with 8 hours work per day it is very hard to work on your skills.
but next week i don’t have to go to work so i can practice a lot. you will see!

Actually I think this last one is rather priceless. You are getting better each time. This is somewhat stylistic, so the issues with proportions and pose aren’t really holding you back, but something to watch going forward. Keep 'em coming…
