Is there a way to carve all the way through geometry to the other side?
For example say I wanted to carve holes out of sphere to hollow out the cheek bones of a skull.

Or in version 3.5 R3 you could use a Boolean subtraction. How to do this is explained in the New Features PDF that’s found in the ZBrush folder.
