Batman WIP and Question!

Hey everyone! This is my first time posting any personal work here. Just wanted to get your thoughts, critiques, etc. (I know his butt looks a tad lumpy so far lol) I also had a question for anyone who can help me out.

Does anyone know of a good brush or method to get that mesh/tilework look for a suit? Not sure if I'm explaining it correctly, but Here's an example. I'm just not sure how I can make something like that seamless. If anyone knows how it'd be greatly appreciated!!
