I know this is a zbrush forum, but I know alot of you also know Maya. If you’re doing a 3d projection onto an object, how do you keep it from going all the way through that object (assume planar projection)? I know there’s some way to use interactive placement to create a box around your texture3dplacement object, but I don’t remember how to create it. No, I’m not talking about Triplanar projectiion, you can do this with planar projection. Anyone? Thanks.
Nevermind, I just found it. There’s an option in the Projection Node under Effects called “Wrap” that is on by default. Once you turn that off, the texture is confined to be projected within a bounding box.
