Hi guys, i come from 3ds max and I am trying to get my head around the materials in zbrush.
In max when you assign a material to an object it doesn’t have to remain in the material editor anymore but if i need to edit any properties I use an eye dropper to put it back into an empty slot in an material editor and go from there.
How does it work in zbrush. When I fill an object with color and material MRGB it retains it but lets say that then I choose another subtool and mess around with materials for that object. How do i go back to the first sub tools material then?
For egzample I have lets say 30 subtools and I used all materials and then loaded some more materials which changes some current ones how do i grab material back from the subtool to further edit it?
