Hi everyone!
Magnificent work, any tips on how you did the child/cherub hair…wonderful lighting as well!
Mind-blowing stuff. Definitely one of the bests pictures ive ever seen. Really great, contratulations, its great to see zbrush in action with hard surface works. Now i must admit, im deeply curious to see some sort of walkthrough on this, any chances of happening?
I saw your work on CG.Society and what can I say … Welcome to Zbrush Central :D. I think some noise added especially to shiny materials will get more realism and make it perfect. Any way is the best interior I’ve seen here.
Good Luck!
Waiting for your further works !
Thanks for comments, guys!
d100763 thank you, cherub chair work was quite simple: firstly I planned where curls should be, sketching with quite big draw size Standard Brush. Next I defined the edges and singular strands on particular curls with small Standard Brush with positive Focal Shift, using LazyMouse option. Finally to make hair hard-surface looking I used mPolish Brush.
The main mistake I did was sculpting hair on too low-poly mesh. Because of that I needed to spend more time on polishing at the very end.
Hutszark thanks a lot! That’s great to have such a positive feedback! I have to emhasize though that the interior was modelled in 3dsMax, not in ZBrush. I found ZBrush to be a great tool to quick sculpt more complex elements of the scene.
HiPi Thank you for such a warm welcome :). You’re right about gold material, I’ll remember that in the future. Thanks for encouraging, surely I will show some more interiors in which I used ZBrush
Below you can see comparison of base meshes and detailed sculptures.

cool stuff wouldn’t have guessed the demohead!
Great stuff
Incredible detail for the size of them in the final pic!
Thanks guys.
d100763 a little trick to make modelling faster
bohemond I know, I know… I bet you have no idea where I placed for example the cherub head in the vis. But I just couldn’t help trying myself in ZBrush!
As I promised here you can see a sculpture prepared to place in another interior. Again the model made in ZBrush, interior scene modelled in 3dsMax, rendered in Vray with PS post production.

Really enjoying your works and the method and style of creation that you employ…Beautiful Works…
enjoy smoking in places like that … anyone got a light?
I really like the image: not so spectacular like the “baroque interior” but seams
to be more consistent. And the floor: I love it:).
Good Luck !
