I dont want to go into detail intill I get the basic topology right, can anyone see any ovious mistakes I have made in his anatomy or just any things that I could improve on?
First off, I like the design alot! Now as far as my crits go, I cant call them mistakes, but Ill tell you the parts that arent to my taste:
The top of the cheek under the eye comes to a sharp ridge. I think it would look better a little smoother (just a little).
The junction of the head and the top of the ears is a little strange. I would either cut more of a slice between the ears and head, or if you like the way they join, then I would bring the top of the ears closer to the head a bit.
I would pronounce the mandibular jaw bone and muscle a little more.
As far as the rest of it is concerned, I really dig it 
I look forward to seeing this evolve.

I know what you mean, Silhouette93. I get so wrapped up in certain aspects (of anything, really) that Im perfectly blind to others.
I havent really touched the model for some time now, but I had a go at adding some expression to her. Need crits (haven’t started on the neck down)

Its goin nicely! I think i can give u some pointers… on the profile view, i think the eyes need to be more to the front, closer to the nose. And maybe making the jaw bone a bit straighter… Good job so far!
Thanks for the nice comments, straightened up the jaw now and pushed his eyes a little forward
Small update, Im just really trying to get a certain tension in the mussles to make her really feel angry. Tips and crits are welcome.
