Baking Shadows into the diffuse texture map?

Here is what I have:

  • High res model of a muscular humanoid.
  • Skin Texture Map

I don’t have:

  • Anytype of shadow to define the muscles in the textures.

Question: How do I bake the shadows into the diffuse color texture in Zbrush 3?

Can someone provide a link to some kind of step by step tutorial?
