Bad results with displacement map and texture map

Hi, I’ve been trying to use displacement maps in 3Ds Max 2010, but they look horrible. The texture maps are actually showing the same problem.
Any Ideas?

To give more detail:
I used UV MAP with the highest resolution possible, also I checked GUV Tiles, and Smooth and Adaptive checks.

Anybody?

Is this so hard, really?

You need to update to ZBrush 3.5 R3.

I just did, now tested with Maya also and the Squares keep showing up in all the geometry of the obj.
