Bad displacement maps when exporting from Zbrush

Hello all. First sorry if this questions is resolved, i search many times and read similar post and no find the solution. I am frustrated whit this problem, i try many times and i cant fix.

Ok the problem is, when i export a displace map to 3DMax from Zbrush, the map zbrush create (.tif) show many errors, see the image below:

I make an Unwrap UVW in 3dsmax and export to Zbrush. I use the settings of this great tutorial for this. The character have some triangles, is this the problem?
I try too whit a simple new model, whit no triangles only for test and whit the same settings for export the .obj to Zbrush, then this is the result when create the displace map whit errors in the borders:

I hope someone can help me, tnk you very much in advance. Sorry my bad english

No one have never this problem whit Zbrush? :frowning: If someone can help me, please post it. Tnks!

First problem: There are two possibilities. One is to make sure that Max’s export settings include # of Digits = 6. Second is to reset the xForm.

Second problem: Not actually a problem at all. Those jaggies happen outside the edge of the UV’s. It’s a result of seam overpainting. You can turn this off in Multi Displacement 3’s settings, but it should not create a problem in the actual render of the map.
