Back side mesh in front. problem

Maschera_forsaken.jpg

Hi here,

I have another problem, it’s my faute, I know, but i wish you know a solution.

So, I explain all my work. First this is a “reproduction” of the forsaken logo. I have made the base mesh in max2009,unwrapped but after I had have the bad idea of use a shell, small shell.

So, in zbrush when I have sculpt the back side came forward the front side. how you see in the picture. After I have colored my sculpt. Bad idea, I know.

Now. It’s possible to save my work, without re-build all my mesh (ok is simple, but not for me^^). I have attempted to export the low level in max, deleted the back side of the face and after re-export from max to zbrush for use the projection system. But work fine only in some zone but not in another one.

I LINK how upload my tools, if any one want see my mesh^^!

Thanks all

I’m sorry, but I’m not really understanding your issue.

ehhe! sorry for my bad english.

I try to be clearer: If you see the picture you see the white texture and in some place the red. The white texture is the front mesh I have paint over the polygons, the red is the back side of the mesh that is bring to front.

You have 2 different materials from the look of it.

pick the material you want
turn on M
then go to
tool>color>fill object

If the problem is coloring on one side showing on the other you’ll want to turn on

brush>backfaceMasking

This will make it so you can’t paint on both sides. This is very useful when working on thin objects.
