avatar female character, Please tell me what you think im nineteen and only have had zbrush for a four months now, Im a fine art major in college, and am eager to learn as an independant study pace

nice work so far. I am learning still myself. I spent years as a fine art painter and the digital sculpting is new for me but I’ve been given some really good advice so far that may apply to this sculpt you are working on.

1.) take your time and milk the lower subdivisions for everything they are worth before moving up to a higher sub d
2.) Dont start on the micro detail until you have the general form nailed.
3.)Don’t over smooth
4.) And dont move on to painting it until you are sure the form is as perfect as you can get it and you have the time to do the best possible job otherwise it will take away from your sculpt instead of adding to it.
