auv tiles problem.

hello,
since 6 months ago and i’m interested to learn this application so now i started it, and as i’m still new with Zbrush i have a problem in texturing in my first work with it so my problem is :
when i finished sculpting my model i used Spot light and image reference to texture with it and when i finished i simply want to convert my polypaint to a texture so i can export it whereever i want.
in uv map i made 2048 and 0 in uv border and i pressed auv tiles and when i go down to txtr and i press create new from polypaint i get a bad uv. ( not the same before when i was texturing the model ) please see the attached images i really need your help.
