Is there a way to automatically store my brush and interface changes on exit and then have them auto load up on start? Any help appreciated. 
Ok here you go: preference/Custom UI/click on Enable Customize
Next: Do your interface changes using ctrl+click and drag to move the items around. When it comes to the Brushes, just use the small Brush icons from the Top Brush Menu, not from the left.
After that you go to: preferences/Config and click on Store config
That’s it ZB will start up with your changed UI
