Just wanted to say that this button should be moved to a more “safe” place so people don’t click on it accidentally. It’s right below the subtool-move buttons which I use frequently and just today I accidentally hit it again, having all my subtools reordered(I have 40+ subtools, so reordering them manually is a pain). Perhaps it needs a pop-up dialog asking if I want the subtools AutoReordered, or better yet make it a toggle option so you don’t completely lose your initial order.
I’m not disputing the location might be problematic, but the suggestion of giving Zbrush another pop up confirmation dialog just gave me an eye twitch.

lol, well, some pop-up windows are useless indeed. But this one should definitely have one, imo. Basically I would like to see pop-up confirmation windows limited to features that change things permanently or features that make it difficult to go back to previous state because of lack of undo.
Maybe have an option in preferences that turns off popup windows 
We need that in any event. God, how we need that.
