Um so I was just going to model a head but decided to do the entire body. I have 6 subdivision levels on the head. Is there a way to attach a body to my head somehow with a smoothed neck seam? I created the body mesh and it lines up at the lowest subdivision level with the head but not at the high level. So I tried the subtool master plugin ‘merge’ and it didn’t work. I tried merging them in maya, importing the obj back to zbrush, at the highest level, but something went wrong and the seam is all wacked out and doesn’t smooth correctly, and it wont let me reconstruct any subdivision levels. meh. I really need to have the lower levels as well.
Well you can always retopology your mesh to combine the two inside ZBrush. But I guess that would take more time compare to you do it in other apps *just a personal preferences.

Cant you just export the head at the lowest level, open it Maya, add the body to it, re import it to your head tool in Zbrush, and it’ll ask you if you want to project higher level details. (manual GoZ style)
