Hey So this nasty dude is an Assyrian genie ,the most powerfull religious figure back in ancient Assyria 2500bc . They used to put on eagles parts like the peak and the wings as a costume although not the way I demonstrated here cause I have no idea how they did it but I thought why not cut the skin and put an eagle skull on 
I will add more data about them on my instagram page but I won’t bore you to death with it here . I hope you like it and please share your thoughts.
