Assistance with Normal Maps (if you don't mind)

Hi. If someone would be so kind to help me out for a moment, I’d really appreciate it. I have a 3d/live-action “documentary” I’m doing and I need to normal map some dinos.

My problem lies in that the model looks fine and all until I render out the normal and then it’s very pixelated. I tried searching for something similar but I don’t think I’m finding it right. The screenshot is both in Zbrush and I have my settings at the bottom.

Is this normal because I’m not very experienced with normal mapping and is this something that can be fixed or do I need to find another means? Thanks for any advice someone can give.

Could it be in my uv layout… maybe not enough UV space?
