Hey guys!
Here’s a 3D model of Ash(ley) Williams that I am working on.
And here’s a quick (very early, and rough) polypaint test. I like adding some color, because it helps me see things that might be off…proportion-wise.
I am going for the way he looks at the start of Army of Darkness. Still loads to do! More coming soon! Feedback highly appreciated!

Thanks for the kind words! I actually decided to abandon the Army of Darkness Ash, and I turned him into more of the way Bruce Campbell looked in the Evil Dead II (towards the end of the film anyway). Here’s some more progress!

Here’s some more progress (I started resculpting his hair to match his Evil Dead II appearance):
Hey guys, I thought I’d share my progress. In order to make sure that my sculpt is as accurate as can be, I was experimenting with Zprojecting/Spotlight an actual image on top of the mesh.
Please note that the color is very blurry due to the ****ty resolution of the pictures, but you get a sneak peek at how the sculpt would look in its current state with just a lick of paint

awesome! are u still working on this id love to see if i could buy the stl file fo his head trying to make a statue but cannot get head to work for me. Evil Dead is one of my 10 favorite horror comedy movie and trying to print a paint a man cave statue for me
