looking pretty cool but it would be much better if you work on your materials a bit more, for example: the pants don’t really look like they’re made of cloth…just my opinion.

nice texturing work. I love the Gun renders :+1: where did u render those?

and apart from that i think the model could have had some tweaks especially the arms. It looks too cylindrical. But hey, great work… cant wait to see more :smiley:

leoartz: Glad u liked it…And thanx for pointing out the arms man. I ve corrected that and now arms look much better…SO thanx. About the pistol i rendered it in max using vray. :slight_smile:

P.S. On Your site wonderful weapon hi-poly models. Can You give advice maybe to watch some tutorials on such nice hard-surface modeling?

Victorcg: Hey Thanks man! I just used the default font which is the arial black one. :slight_smile: and then scaled it a lill to match. Thanks for checking out my blog site too. Never had to follow any tut for hard surface modeling it just came naturally to me and i think most people get it naturally just look at good meshes , wireframes (Clean ones), Observe the shapes more and try to keep your mesh clean and low from the start and put details like holes , lines and small details like these in the very end when you have all the blocking fixed for the model. So basic shape first and then the details.
