Whenever I use GoZ and try to render with mental ray, my model disappears, I later found out that GoZ turned on Subdivision approximation. When I deleted the node, the model started appearing but the quality wasnt as good without the subD approx. Anyone got any ideas?
Arthur, i think that would be better if you use the decimation master and then
send the model to Maya.
I like to send my model to 3DMax without using the GoZ.
Particularly i like to use decimation master, UV Master and multimap
exporter, and then export the model as an OBJ and apply all the maps on 3DMax.
It’s easier, and your model will work properly.
