Artefact Problems

Hi to all.
I’m having this problem and I’m not quite sure how to solve it.
Here’s what I’m talking about

Notice the lip area. The polygons are starting to misbehave. Whatever I do can’t bring them back to normal. Any amount of smoothing can’t do anything to cure the problem. So what can I do to solve this issue? Is it because this is not a closed polygon area? Do you think I should have built a few more polygons inside the head?

It would definitely have helped to have more polygons inside.

What you could try is going to level 1 of your mesh and manually moving the points to even them out. This move will then translate back to the highest levels when you return to them.

Yup that was it. I fixed it but I think I should add some more polygons. Can I do that in Zbrush?
