Go back a few subdivs and work on the sillouette, especially make sure that you progress the full model (by this, don’t leave the feet untouched (or the hands ZAX!!!)) because they influence how you look at the parts that are connected to it. It might well be that your shins are perfect, but they will look off when the feet are not connected or looking properly 
some points that need attention in your mesh specifically: the pectoralis’s connection to the clavicle, notice a dimple on yourself when you move along your clavicle, also make him squat a bit more (I like doing that in my models, because it brings out the knees a bit, don’t make it too tense, just make him stand a bit more relaxed) Give the abs a better look, they are less square and now look “plopped”-onto the belly, they should mesh into the belly a bit better. Add a navel, makes your life easier (serves as a reference point)
I’ll do a paintover of the pic when I have time to emphasize some issues 
overall great progress since last time i saw the model, keep at it, good things are happening
