Arrested Sleep wip1 SKIN AND LIGHTING INCLUDED

Want to try Tartan?

Yes i do bas but I am in poor health and fatigue too quickly and just havent been able to get the energy for it… One day after i get done with the medical treatment in december and start feeling like myself again… absolutely yes! and thanks for the offer

Tartan

That is one fine looking lure. It would definitely fit into my fishing “workflow” I do use something similiar from time to time, but it’s no where as enticing as your Blinker appears.

I have a very small spoon type lure I can send you as well. It’s very simple, but something about it turns the fish on around here. I get the lures at about 6 at a time or more…their availability around here is extremely limited thru the year. So I keep stocked up. I throw the little spoon out while I am fishing from the wall at the stream plant, and let the line out about 20 yards or so and just let the current work the lure on the top of the water. The river herring take it and hook themselves. A whole lot of fun.

Tartan, I don’t know what illness you suffer from my friend, but God be with you and I wish and pray you good health in the future. Zbrush is good therapy, just ask our good friend on the forum, Andresloy. I think it has gotten him thru some very rough times. Be well.

Ron

ps. Looking forward to your uses of the skin.

he looks like a mate of mine !!!

hope he dont read this

great work ron :+1: :+1: :+1:

btw any of you do sea fishing??? (my passion beachcasting and spinners/lures around rocks ) some great cod close in around the northwest of england/wales
end of last year now we should be getting some bass catches but the sizes have dropped over the past few years.
good tip use a light line and rod and a single feather lure and do some mackrel fishing weight for weight on a light setup they give a good fight and its a fair fight (unlike when bait fishing and dropping a 50lb line with 50,000 lures  )

Thanks Ron for the support to Tartan as was yours with me time ago…You Ron are always all the time a very good friend¡
…yes, Tartan, ZBrush is a lot more than a program, not only addictive in the good sense (if i could say that!) but more important is Therapeutic and allow to discover beutiful things inside each one.Just flow in a free way with ZBrush.
I always say that ZBrush is a research laboratory for the spirit !!!
The best for you and keep your happy feeling very high that will help you¡
Andreseloy

Thanks guys, Meeting people like you is worth the price of admission but i didnt mean to steer the conversation that way. lol… Personally I would rather talk fishing and art  Cos i love coast fishing. I live in North Florida and some of the best fresh and sea water fishing in the world is here though i tend to haunt the fresh water more. Coast fishing is a blast. Ron you are in for a good time… Invest in a good surf rod and a bucket of shrimp and kick back Doesnt really matter if you catch anything but I think you will

It will take me awhile before I get to using the skin mat but yes I do have an idea or two for it. I tend to rely on traditional maps, I have been experimenting with laying traditional on top of the skin mats and have had mixed results. i have to create a villain or three for my Always the Black Knight set of images and it will mark my first full use of Zbrush in an image. I just have a lot to learn before I feel I have enough knowledge to do it and to do with the standards i set myself in an image. Its a really well done material.
I am liking the blue eyes also  /e tries to go back sleep lol

Tartan

Hmm that was strange… half my message didnt make it… Oh well I like the Blue eyes best!

Tartan

that is weird…I will post it from the email notification for ya…and also here is the reason I am “a sceeeeeeeeeered to go fishin”

And thank you Bas and done
Tartan

Ron,

I like the blue eyes better. He looks more dead. If this was mine I’de make the iris a little smaller and roll the eyes up into the upper lids more.
mm

Thnx MM…I will try that.

I had put that one to bed for the moment and opened up another model I had been working on for a bit and let loose on him for a while…

Old Stares…

C and C always welcomed and encouraged…

Looking good  Its hard to get old folks homed in sometimes and the area wrinkles around his eyes and texture give that impression. And then theres that ragged ear of course. I remember when i was very very young around 6 or so talking to a friend of my neighbors (he was in 80s) and wondering why his right ear was gone. He smiled at me and said that a gator tore it off while he was fishing and he got his ear back. I asked him what he did with the gator and the ear… He said he ate the gator, was wearing his hide for shoes and used the ear for bait to catch a 14 pound bass. lol
