Aragorn - Work in Progress

Here’s a look at Aragorn’s belt, with each item reflecting his resourcefulness and practical nature as a ranger and warrior.

This belt holds a sharpening rock, his sword, an elven knife, and a pouch that supposedly holds tobacco and maybe even his smoking pipe.

I would love to hear your thoughts as I continue. Let me know what you think in the comments below.

Aragorn’s shirt and the chain mail he used at the battle of Helm’s Deep.

With this one, the real challenge was sculpting the folds of the shirt. I learned quite a few things about cloth and fold anatomy.

Another piece of the puzzle: Aragorn’s fingerless glove.
As a ranger, a glove must be useful to keep warm and maintain a good grip, even if only for one hand.

This one wasn’t easy. Let’s just say I spent a long time stitching.

I’d love to hear your thoughts while I keep crafting Aragorn’s character.

Aragorn’s vambraces. As iconic as they are, sometimes searching and looking at references makes you notice the little details.

(Spoiler alert!) These vambracers originally belonged to Boromir. Aragorn wears them as a tribute, honouring and preserving the memory of his fallen comrade. Did you ever catch this detail?

I hope you enjoy these while I continue creating Aragorn’s character.

Here is a sneak peek of one of my ongoing projects: a detailed sculpt of Aragorn’s necklace (Evenstar) for “Shadows of the Past”. A fan-made project inspired by “LOTR Conquest”.

Tolkien’s world has a special place in my heart, making this project a nostalgic journey.
