I’m a new beginner and I still learning zbrush from the tutorial video.
Yet, there is a problem, I want to turn sphere3D to poly sphere3D and when I click the “Make Poly Mesh 3D” button it doesn’t work. Is somebody here have the same problem with me:qu: Please Help Me…
Which version of ZBrush are you using? Where was it downloaded from?
Thank you very much for the reply. I’m using Zbrush 3.5 R2 and it is a gift from my friend. I don’t know where he downloaded this program.
Unfortunately, unless he officially transferred the license to you through Pixologic’s customer support you are actually trying to use a pirated copy of ZBrush.
Hacked versions are the single most common cause of features failing to work correctly, which most likely explains the issue that you’re encountering.
Please uninstall ZBrush. You’re not going to be able to use it legally. If your friend did have a legal license and officially transferred it to you, submit a ticket at http://support.pixologic.com so that you can get your free upgrade to ZBrush 4. This will also resolve your issue.
