i did a little painting inside paintstop ( an apple )… i need to place it somewhere else on the canvas …but i dono how to move it …should i make a selection and if so how ? any clue would be much appreciated

Working with PaintStop is like painting or drawing on a real-world canvas. There’s no way to just move paint from one part of the canvas to another.
What you could do is save your document and then using the standard ZBrush toolset you can use the Cloner tool to copy from one part of the canvas to the other. You can then use the new canvas as a background in PaintStop again if you wish to continue painting.
