Hi everyone,

I´m not new here, I already had an account.

But I got a problem with my old account, cause I cannot login on Zbrushcentral any longer.
I resetted my password, tried the “old” and new username, but nothing works.

Anybody got this ptoblem too, and knows how to solve it ?

I already wrote to eMails at the ZBC support, but didn´t get any answer…

I want to post with my old name so much

Please don’t send an email. The old email address was shut down due to excessive spam. To contact Support please go to http://support.pixologic.com and Submit a Ticket. The team will be able to reset the password on your old account for you. Just provide the user name and the email address associated with it so that they can locate the account and verify that it’s you.
