Answered: Lightbox - alpha's without preview, won't load.

Hi,

I added my own alpha’s in the ZAlphas folder. When I go into lightbox I can see them but there’s no image representing the alphas, only a “?”. When I double click on them, nothing happens.

Also, I tested them by importing them straight in the alpha slot (not with lightbox) and they work. 16bit greyscale tiff files.

Am I doing something wrong?

The problem is that they’re TIFF. For LightBox to see them they must be 16-bit Grayscale PSD.
