Info panel slider functions dosn’t seem to be working correctly for me here. Anybody else?

No, it’s not a bug. Those sliders apply when the Gyro is active. Press T to exit Edit mode, then press W, E or R to enter one of the transform modes. This activates the Gyro, and the sliders will behave as you desire. Bear in mind that these sliders affect the model relative to the canvas. They do not affect the model relative to its internal coordinate system. In other words, if you use the sliders to double the size of a 1 ZBrush Unit model, its on-canvas instance will be doubled in pixels but the source model will still be one ZBrush Unit in size.
