how would you make a mesh with very fine holes basically like pantyhose, sheer fabrics, anykind of see through material that is semi transparent so you could see a body underneath? I thank you for any help ,

You typically wouldn’t. To achieve that kind of detail via geometry would require a ridiculous number of polygons.

Instead, apply a texture or noise to the mesh to give the surface the right appearance and then use ZBrush’s BPR transparency feature which allows you to specify transparency on a per SubTool basis, and for the other parts of the model to be visible through that transparency. The documentation for this is in the PDF’s included in your ZBrush installation’s Documentation folder. If I remember right off the top of my head, it was introduced in ZBrush 4.0
