How do you add new work to your sketchbook and have it appear 1st instead of last?
Threads are made up of posts, which are displayed in chronological order. There is no way to make a later post appear before an earlier one.
When you upload an image, you have two choices:
- You can edit your previous post, if it was made recently enough.
- You can create a new post, which will be added to the end of the current thread.
When you edit a post and upload a new image, clicking the link to Insert the image into your thread will either put the image code at the location of the cursor or at the end of the post depending on your browser. So you can place the new image before your earlier ones if you’d like. With browsers like Safari and Chrome that place the image at the end of the post you simply copy the image code and paste it at the start of your post instead.
Keep in mind that you also have the Thread Gallery and User Gallery options as a way to view your work. Thread Gallery will show all images in the thread, in reverse chronological order (newest first). User Gallery shows all images you’ve ever posted, again with newest first. Both of these options are always available at the top of any post made by you.
