Answered: Can't open tools or project files (Mac OS X)

Hi everyone, I’m facing a problem with R6. Any time I click on a file located on my hard drive, the following message pops up:
“File error,error has been encountered while trying to load a tool. Loading has been aborted.” Strangely enough, everything opens fine if I launch Zbrush first and then import the files from there.

Any idea what might be corrupting my files? I ran a search on the forum but couldn’t find any topic that came close to my problem so thanks for your help,

ZBrush does not support being launched by opening a file. It only supports opening a file after having been launched.

However if you’re running Windows you can click on a .zpr, it will launch ZBrush and load the file. Works fine here on Windows 7 home. Mac’s and PC’s aren’t created the same, must be something with the bits and bytes.
