Hey, I really like how you modeled the mouth…Dunno why, it just seems so natural 
But the ears really stand out from the overall quality of the piece, you should get some references and make some on seperate models And I believe you caught a little squint there… 
wat2k : I think the most important aspect about your model is that you have grasped the overall form of the head and the internal planes of the face, well done. There are few changes I would make, one of which is the size of the cranium. Unless your intention was to make it oversized I suggest downsizing the skull and making it more egg-shaped rather then square.

Hey, man, that last guy is looking pretty cool. I think he’s a bit lumpy/soft edged, but if that’s the look your going for, who cares? I really like the horns and ears, very cool stuff.
