Good start.
only a few crits.
The iris’ need to be larger, and you should look at some ear anatomy reference as yours need a little refining.
Overall though, a very nice job. Keep it up. 
Hi Filoppo good start it is looking really nice so far
A couple of things bother me though.
the eyes look like they are staring if you lower the upper eye lids and eye brows a touch should fix this.
Also this could just be me though the face is looking a little long if you was to lower the top half of the head using the middle of the nose as you centre point should help this I have attached an image with the changes Left is the alterations Right is your original
