I think you have to download the plugin for which app you would like to use with GoZ in the contact support page. I havent done this yet so if I am mistaken then I apologize.
GoZ has not yet been released for ZBrush 3.5 and is currently only available for Mac users with version 3.2.
It will be made available for all artists – PC and Mac – at the time that ZBrush 3.5 is released for the Mac. We do not currently have a release date for these, but can promise that it will be no longer than absolutely necessary to deliver a quality, feature-rich product.

I emailed Autodesk about giving Pixologic access to 8.5.
3 weeks left in Q4 2009.
Do we have any news on the release of ZB4?

If there is any news your see it in the Top Row gallery. being they have just gave us r3 update, I highly doubt we will see v4 till next year, also taking into account there are still bugs and issues to be dealt with.
I hope they take as long as needed to get it 95% right with V4, so we dont need updates to get it to even barly functional. One thing that I cant stand, and thats when the idear is bigger than the reality, i.e half baked features.

Hmm…not seeing a V3.5 download for Mac anywhere, so guessing not. 
With 2009 drawing to a close, and still no 3.5 for Mac, it’d be really spiffy if paying Mac customers could at least get some kind of update about what’s causing the delay, and whether you folks at Pixo think we’re days / weeks / month / more from 3.5 for Mac?
Also, you seemed willing to release pre-release versions of 3.5 for Windows customers, why not the same level of willingness for Mac customers? If Mac isn’t at even a 3.5r1 level of functionality, then saying release isn’t several months off seems pretty disingenuous based on history. If it’s so close, why not at least get us something to where we can start using zsketch, etc.?

Yes, unfortunately, you would be stuck with 3.2 like the rest of us mac users, until something newer was made available
