best way to learn anatomy any help will be appreciated
Google is your friend for this, absolutely endless links to tutorials and videos to be found there.
Download the human atlas of human anatomy to learn where all the muscles attach then get tons of reference of naked humans then to the best of your ability make 10 muscly men in zbrush. Then make your own ecorche, then go to school and draw naked people and have teachers teach you more of how to depict the human. Then in less than ten years you’ll be a master, so it’s best to start early if you start when you’re 15-20 you’ll be a great artist around the age of 30 or so. But you’ll never stop improving.
At some point you’ll also have to go beyond muscles though or all your figures will look like buff supermen. There are fat pads too and bones and cloth. Blood distributes unevenly across the body so some parts will be more red/blue than other parts of the body. It’ll take a long time but if you give yourself an excuse to spend a few hours a day or more sculpting or drawing you’ll improve and before you know it you’ll wake up one day and people will throw money at you for creating pretty depictions of people.
Or you’ll fail and become either homeless and an obese depressed man.:o

Hey Hunter, my best advice is to study human & animal skeletons before anything else. With this foundation, you’re much better equipped to advance on to muscles, origin and insertion points.
Knowing the skeleton you can quickly rough in boney land-marks and then work your forms up from there.
Good luck on this road, it’s a fun and worth-while adventure
