This creature is looking very cool! Nice work!

NickZ.

thanks, theres still a few more things i wanna do before i think its done. buts thanks for your comments!

i LOVE the upper 4/5s of this creature…simply awesome…

the feet drive me insane though! it looks like you just too the move brush and pulled his feet down…theyre too thin for such a heavy and meaty body.

lol. yeah theres still afew things i need to work on. ill see if i can fix it when i have some free time. but thanks for your comment!

Really cool work, as far as I can see.

Cmon.

this is an update to the first post i made. I used many different brushes this time. Im going to add some clothes and pose him but for now im just gonna adda little bit more detail.anatomy1.jpg

This is a major improvement over the already great first one. Good form and muscle structure. I like

yeah i got some pretty strong critique so I decided to really try to make this model as accurate as possible. I think it would be impossible to make this kinda detail by just using the standard brush. I used the clay brush extensively and i like how it smoothes things out. anyway I worked on the monster more today and i am very pleased with the way its turning out. thanks for lookin at my work! ZBrush-Document25.jpg

oh wow dude, this is looking gr8 now, your anatomy took like superman leaps since the first post.

nice stuffs…

I think you should get rid of this noise effect if you can, it ruins a bit the work you did on it…

ok guys heres a close up. i finally foundut how to mess with the lighting. ( i kept getting dark splotches on the model.) i also started using the hd geometry which is awsome. anyway i think im gonna work on some new projects. im having so much fun with this program its like unlimited clay at your disposal.:+1: ZBrush-Document26.jpg

Wow! Love the muscle sculting and the how the monster is looking. Just 2 suggestions. The head looks a bit small or at least a bit disconnected from the body, it almost looks like its got 2 necks. Just a suggestion, those neck muscles along the side going into the head should go higher to where the ears would be. Also the ballance of the monster looks off, like its gonna topple over. Just try doing a test where you shorten the the thigh and middle part and see how it poses. Otherwise very cool dude. :+1:

yeah i like to add the noise cause i think it kinda gives it a photo effect but i better tone it down on. thanks Sebcesoir for the advice and also thanks for those cool matcaps you made.
aiman, thanks i dont have a job right now so i guess I got a lot of free time on my hands.

its a work in progress, im having trouble trying to make look “balanced” If i had some good refrence that would help a lot. Im gonna try to get everything right with the transpose and do some other things before I its finished, but thanks for your comments!

For ref I think the best things to google are minotaurs and werewolfs and maybe even taurens. They all have knees that are sort of inline with their finger tips.

Damn, i like this stuff.
I’m new in the zbrush community and i’ve a question: how did you get the muscles so detailed.
really nice work.

Hulkstar789: thanks, i will post a in depth tutorial soon explaining my workflow and a few tips I think should be very useful.

Overall theyre very good sculpts, but the legs on the guy are somewhat odd…and the feet on the monster are not really there yet…But good job

IMHO the feet of the monsterman are so stretched, anyway great stuff, the muscles are amazing.

Good Job Keep to post!

Bye
