An Imp head- WIP

Hello,

This is an Imp head that was built entirely in ZBrush, from ZSpheres to the final render. I know he is too symmetric, but other than that, I am looking for constructive criticism.

Very nice rendering on the last image, the first img is a lil dark and i love the eyes… a question if you dont mine me asking, how many times did u have to configure the eyes to make them look right for the character??

The right eye seems to be bigger than the left (notice the black region is larger in that eye)

Also, the chin doesn’t have the same flow that the nose or ears do, this is just me, but maybe u could narrow those bumps on the side a lil bit

Eyes: Well, they were the last thing I did. I simply went to the internet and found a nice picture of a real cat eye. I then used the roller brush and the rectangal stroke to place it, and scaled and until it fit. I did not mess with that part much.

But I did mess with the shader quite a bit. It is based on the Toy plastic shader, with some ambient to make the glow a little.

The eyses are a little different in size, not that you mention it- I need to fix that.

What do you mean by flow, and which bumps are you taking about?

Notice where the chin goes into a point? narrow the two bumps (or bones) just a tad, they may be sticking out too much for your overall character look, im not necessarily suggesting it would work good, but it’s just somethin to tryout

P.S. I am new to this 3D thing lol

Me too. I think you are right about the chin- it needs to be pointy for the character, but it might start too broad.
