yep, save them out as a psd, bmp, or tiff (not sure on the tiff).
go to the alpha palette, import.
Do i need to make them balck and white or just leave them as they are?
16-bit monochrome PSD are usually the safest.

Can you explain how to do that?? because im not really good in photoshop

In the “Image” menu, there is a “Mode” command. “Greyscale” should be checked and “16bits/channel” should be checked. When saving, save as Photoshop format (PSD) and it’s often good form to make sure the file type is “.psd”.
