Alpha and Texture - Rotation and Tiling Questions

Is there a way to add a random rotation to your alpha or texture when using the Dots or Spray stroke type? The closest thing I’ve found is the SpinAngle and SpinRate under Brush/Orientation but this behaves more like a fix incremental amount of rotation for each sample as opposed to a random per sample.

Also, for a brush alpha is there any way to achieve H/V Tile less than 1.0? The H Tiles and V Tiles setting under Alpha/Modify is useful for getting more repeated tiles of your current alpha, but what I often want is to tile it LESS (like zooming in on the alpha map) without the need to create a new alpha every time.

Maybe I’m just overlooking settings or features that are already there.

Another related thing I’m trying to figure out is if there is any way to activate more spread/distance between samples when using the DOTS stroke type. Spacing modifier (under Stroke menu) is disabled with this stroke type. Help appreciated.
