Hey folks 
I’ve been working on this guy sculpt for a good week or so now, I have a body, and a whole bunch of different subtools for articles of clothing and stuff like that. Anyway, there I was, sculpting away… and I hit a button combo by accident … I think it was ctrl-x or something like that… and I watched in horror as all of my subtools flew off on random directions for no reason. Undoing didn’t bring them back in place. I have no idea what I did, but does anyone know how to bring them back into the position they were in before? I’m assuming this is some handy setting to split apart your tools and see them better, but I have no idea what I did and I just want to get it back to normal. Can anyone help?
Just a shot in the dark, but you didn’t hit XPose by accident did you?
Transfrom > XPose
Hitting it again should put your subtools back together.
If not, a picture of your issue would help.
Yep, that was it. thanks! Freaked me out, I didn’t know what happened and was scared my sculpt was ruined
