Here is my second attempt at proper Zbrush. Started with a sphere. I have only detailed up the mouth area, hope to finish the rest soon. Took me about four hours, kept pressing the wrong shortcuts and doing odd things.
If anybody has any tips or suggestions I would be very grateful.

Hi, if anybody is interested in aliens these days, I re-topologised the zbrush model.
Im not sure why you havent had a reply yet, i think it looks great with a bit more details and some textures it will rock. It looks familiar somehow is it your own design or off something else?
Virtuous, thanks for the reply, I put the zbrush model up a while ago, but nobody said anything, quite worrying for a newcomer like me!
It’s my own design, not that I planned it, I didnt even intend to do an alien, started with a polysphere.

make sure you put some good detailing like wrinkles,spots and whatever then he will really come alive. I think he looks like the creature from the black lagoon.
I really like the design of this ,fine work and I agree about when its textured and detailed a little more !

really like ur model, there’s something with its look that tells me its a strange, crazy but funny creature.
Don’t get discouraged by slow replies. That’s just the nature of some forums. I like the work and where you were going with it when you were detailing the model. How is that coming along?
slowly, I am doing this outside of work, kind of an exercise to learn zbrush properly.
I will try and finish it soon, although I am hoping that zmapper and zapp link will be coming out in the zbruzh update, might wait till then.
