I was asking about that small white circle that’s visible. Mine is composed of two red cicles with a dot in the middle and I wanted to know if I could change it.

For download the video you have to create an account in the site (wich is free) and then download and install the veoh player, then you can download the video to your HD and play it in quicktime.
