worked a bit with the bone structure worked on the folds in the cheeks

fixed up the cheeks added hair… having a bit of trouble with the hairs’ texture

That’s a great start. A good character to do. Keep posting your updates, and don’t get disheartened if you don’t get many replies to start.
I don’t really see agent smith yet. I suggest you get yourself some good reference off the web. Keep going.
