After the Retopology Process...question

I have just finished sculpting a character using zpheres, then I retopologized him. After retopologizing, I exported the low poly model as an obj so I was able to take him in to Maya. The way I exported him is I went to the subtool, clicked on the retopologized mesh, and hit export, as wavefront.obj file. I’m able to import him to Maya with no problem. Now since this is a low poly model, I would like to create a normal map from the high res sculpt I made in zbrush, so he has more details to him. But it looks like the normal map tab is frozen. Is there no way to make a normal map out of a zphere sculpt?

You need to create UVs for your character. Use UV layout for windows, or personally i think 3d Coat does a good job
