Hi All,
After importing, pressing YES to transfer all high details, then switched morph target, I lost all the high details I had in level 7 like main volumes as you can see on the attached comparison image.
Am I missing something here?

your mesh appears to have a mask on it.
Yes, that is sorted with the clear mask. Thanks for pointing this.
However, the main volume and sculpted details are not transferred after import/switch morph target.

you can try manually projecting the mesh instead of letting zbrush do it for you.
