I know that we have Ghost and Transparency, but is there a way to adjust how transparent the active sub-tool is?
The imagine plane plug-in has a mesh transparency similar to typical 3D apps. That is what I use. You can enable custom interface and put the slider in a handy spot if you are using it frequently.
