Hey Zbrush Central! This is my first work - Addict.
It expresses an addict in the Republic of China era and he was smoking the opium.
It mainly was created and completed modeling in Zbrush and Maya.Textured in Mari, Photoshop and Substance Painter. Rendered in Arnold. And edited it as an old photo in the end. Hope people would not forget the harmfulness of drugs.

It’s such a stark contrast between the ornate fine china style he’s dwelling in vs the dingy nasty trap houses modern addicts are dwelling in. In fact, the opium dens seem quite nice compared to the scenes I’ve been involved in through my family’s dealing with an opiate addict.
Anyway, killer job! Must’ve taken quite a while.

very mild criticism (not of the modeling) which i agree is top row
is that the picture looks too good IMO it needs to be aged or at least not look quite so good
it looks like a black and white render may be try a daguerreotype effect or a tin type old picture

This is the first time I have done so much work.
My model is mainly composed of ZBrush and Maya with each other to complete the details of the model are used, a variety of ZBrush brush carving. Combing the hair is the use of ZBrush rendering is Arnold I used FiberMesh to comb the hair curve, this is the first time I use it. FiberMesh really very good effect is very intuitive.
why on this world did this work didn’t come on Top Row, Why ???
