Add polygons for body parts, the best way?

Hi guys.

Let’s suppose I already have a head sculpted, already detailed etc.
I want to go on and create neck,etc… the whole body.

Until now I was simply using the FormSoft brush at the lowest subd level + move brush and when I reach a point the polygons are too stretched I go for Zremesher.

Are there faster solutions using dynamesh, at the point where I am at?

Yeah, Dynamesh is a great way to set up a base mesh before you start going in with all detailed sculpting.

Or you could look into zSpheres, creates base mesh using limbs/joins very nicely.
